1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ns8a platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other interface we provide — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all ns8a platform users without exception, including visitors, registered members, and VIP members. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any other communication you receive from ns8a, the terms in this document shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the ns8a service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. ns8a does not permit the use of the platform by underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Is not subject to any prohibition against participating in online gambling activities in your residential jurisdiction.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Has never had an account closed by ns8a for fraud, misconduct, or prior violation of terms.

Ns8a reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Any account found to have been opened by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player is only permitted to hold one account only at ns8a. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Ns8a uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your data and transactions.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact ns8a customer support immediately.

4Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Ns8a supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposited funds must originate from an account held in your own name.
• Ns8a does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or accounts not belonging to the player.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited instantly in most cases.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 unless otherwise stated.

• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Bank withdrawals are processed within the same business day.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The outcome of each game is final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a connection interruption during a game, the system will complete the round based on the result already generated.
• Ns8a is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures on the player's end.

7Player Responsibility

8Account Closure & Suspension

Ns8a reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reporting of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Use of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the ns8a system.
• Misuse of bonus systems or promotional programs.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact ns8a customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures once the required KYC process has been completed.

9Liability Limits

Ns8a provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranty that the service will always be available without interruption.

• Ns8a is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of using the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical disruptions, system failures, or circumstances beyond ns8a's control will not be compensated.
